Crust & Craft Pizzeria started as a vision to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened this pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, familial shop with age-old recipes passed down through the years.
Marco Rossi, the visionary behind our brand, mastered the craft of pizza during her time in Italy, apprenticing with esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples - the homeland of pizza. Once back in the UK, her mission was to offer the quintessential experience of authentic Italian pizza, embracing original techniques and the choicest ingredients.
Our once small 12-seat eatery has now become a cherished community gem, yet our dedication to excellence and authenticity stands firm. Employing original wood-fired ovens, we prepare our dough from scratch each day and seek out the best ingredients available.
Now under the stewardship of the second Rossi generation, Crust & Craft Pizzeria continues as a family-run business. Though modern approaches have been adopted, our core principle persists: serving delectable, authentic pizza that unites our patrons.
